MPA Student Take First at the 2026 Utah City/County Management Association MPA Case Competion
Congratulations to Tanner Anderson, Anna Ontiveros, Rachel Paulsen, and Samy Estrada
(all cc'd) for taking first place at the 2026 Utah City/County Management Association
MPA Case Competition. The Annual Utah City/County Management Association MPA Case
Competition is hosted by the BYU Romney Institute of Public Service and Ethics. The
judges are career local government public administrators, ensuring that team proposals
are substantively relevant and practical. The team competed against a team of BYU
MPA students and two SUU teams. Their win is all the more impressive as all four
are first-year students! Way to go team SPA!
